About the Role:
Otsego Dental Care is looking for a dedicated and passionate dental professional to join our growing team in Oneonta, NY! Responsibilities:
- Patient Check-In, Check-Out and Registration
- Scheduling of up to five Clinical Providers
- Insurance verification
- Collaborate with other Dental Offices, Specialists and Medical Offices, as needed
- Handle a large volume of phone correspondence from patients, potential patients and vendors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental office or clinical setting preferred, not required
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and best practices preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with dental practice management software is a plus
Schedule and Compensation:
Part-Time (8am-1pm) with some full days, as needed. Approximately 25-30 hours per week
