Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. As a Client Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and patients. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone & email.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client services processes and procedures
- Answer high volume phone calls and perform data entry tasks
