Financial Service Agent

Are you an experienced, licensed Financial Services Agent ready to elevate your career? Our Farmers District office is expanding quickly, and we are looking to add a Financial Services Agent (FSA) to our growing team. This role is essential for driving our life insurance and financial services business forward. As an FSA, you will have the opportunity to partner with existing agents, leverage thousands of warm leads to cross-sell from our personal lines clients and provide expert support to both agents and their customers. Responsibilities:
As a Financial Services Agent with Farmers Insurance, you will play a key role in growing our life insurance and financial services business. You will:

• Partner with Existing Agents: Collaborate with current agents to cross-sell life insurance and financial service products, expanding both your and their portfolios.
• Leverage Warm Leads: Tap into thousands of warm leads from our personal lines clients to build and grow your book of business.
• Support Farmers Agents: Provide expert financial services support to Farmers agents and their customers, enhancing client relationships.
• Access Resources & Training: Benefit from a wealth of support resources, including dedicated contacts and ongoing training opportunities to help you succeed.
• Qualify for MDRT and Achievement Clubs: Gain the opportunity to qualify for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), enhancing your professional growth and industry recognition.

Requirements:

• Life and health license with variable authority.
• Series 6 or 7, and 63 FINRA registrations
• At least one year of customer-facing sales experience in the life insurance and financial services industry.
• Satisfactory results of a background check.

Compensation:

• Competitive incentives, including lucrative commissions for mutual funds, annuities, and life insurance products.
• Base pay plus a commission split.
