Maintenance Supervisor/Electrician

Currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor/Electrician for a full time temporary to permanent or Permanent Direct Hire for right candidate position on Carver, MA.

Requirements of Maintenance Supervisor/Electrician include:

-Perform maintenance and repairs of various types of equipment

-Closely supervise and manage maintenance department

-Complete performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and other personnel actions as needed

-Test, diagnose, and trouble shoot issues and repairs needed to facility and machines

-Research and recommend cost effective replacement parts

-Install and service generating equipment, switchboards, motors, starters, lighting circuits and other electrical components

-Prioritize and delegate tasks

-Maintain computerize maintenance management system

-Coordinate with outside contractors as needed

-Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements of Maintenance Supervisor/Electrician

-Minimum High School Diploma Or Equivalent      

-Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, and/or Business Management College Degree

-At least 4-5 years industrial maintenance experience required, in food-processing environment preferred

-Massachusetts Journeyperson Electrician License and Master Electrician License

-6+ years industrial electrician experience in manufacturing environment

-Experience operating volt-ohm meters, continuity testers, wire tracing equipment and other equipment

-Able to use hand and power tools

-Great verbal and written communication skills

-Able to move, bend, crouch, and walk throughout shift

-Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller and National Electrical Code

Hours: 6:00pm-6:00am 2 days on 2 days off rotating scheduled

Pay Rate: $38-$48/hr
