- Lead shifts every week, ensuring our customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
- Provide leadership to crew members in all aspects of the restaurant operations.
- Foster a team environment where all employees are treated fairly and with respect.
- Handle operational and organizational tasks, including managing schedules, inventory, and cash handling.
- Ensure that health, safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
