Built around craftsmanship, precision, and the art of omotenashi, we are assembling our Las Vegas team to deliver an exceptional fine-dining experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Stewards to support our culinary and restaurant operations. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards expected in a luxury fine-dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Restock dishes and supplies throughout service.
• Handle fine-dining tableware and equipment with care.
• Assist with trash removal and general cleaning duties.
• Support the culinary and restaurant teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, steward, dishwasher, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Fine-dining experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $20.25 per hour
