Crumbl Baker - All Shifts

We are a rapidly growing, nationwide dessert company seeking skilled and motivated bakers to join our enthusiastic team. We have a rotating weekly menu with different cookies and desserts each week. We make dough and frosting and bake cookies fresh, from scratch, and in house, daily for our fans! Our bakers work closely with the shift lead to ensure fresh desserts are always available.

Your Role as Baker

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Shift Lead and fellow Bakers to deliver excellent customer experiences and amazing desserts
• Quality Control: Drive the crew to consistently produce high-quality, from-scratch desserts
• Customer Engagement: Ensure every customer has a positive experience and stays informed about new products
• Training and Development: Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and constant improvement

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary experience a plus
• Experience: Prior experience in the food & beverage industry is preferred (ServSafe certification required prior to employment)
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Flexibility: Availability for part-time shifts Mon-Sat, with ALL Sundays off
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs

Work Schedule

• Guaranteed Day Off: Crumbl is closed on Sundays and many major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s)
• Prime Shifts: Availability required for Saturday shifts
• Priority Consideration: Applicants with open availability are given priority for promotions
