Part-Time Crew Leader — Family-Owned Business

Our local, family-owned permanent exterior home lighting company is growing and looking to hire a reliable, hardworking Crew Leader for our installation projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants part-time evening and weekend work without committing to a traditional full-time schedule. Prior experience in installation, construction, electrical, or crew supervision is a strong plus — if that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Install permanent exterior lighting on residential homes or commercial buildings while assisting and monitoring other crew members

• Use a drill and basic hand tools

• Work safely from ladders and around residential properties, and help ensure other crew members do the same

• Perform wire splicing, and assist/instruct other crew members with basic wiring

• Follow and teach proper installation procedures

• Run quality checks before, during, and after project completion

What we’re looking for:

• A reliable, responsible, positive and punctual leader

• Comfortable using a drill and basic hand tools, and able to assist/instruct others

• Comfortable working on ladders and at “heights”

• Basic wire-splicing knowledge, with the ability to teach it to others

• Reliable transportation

• Availability to work evenings and weekends

• A quality- and safety-minded leader with a positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Pride in doing quality work

No extensive experience is required — but if you have a background in installation, safety, quality control, or crew management, it will be strongly considered. If you’re dependable, positive, and willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
