Embroidery Operator

The Embroidery Operator will be responsible for efficiently setting up and operating both single and multi-head embroidery machines within a small production team of 2-5 members. This role requires selecting appropriate threads, troubleshooting machine issues, and performing maintenance as needed to ensure high-quality embroidered products. The operator will focus on manual machine operation without the need to use computerized design software.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare single and multi-head embroidery machines for production runs
• Select and match threads based on design requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions promptly
• Perform routine machine maintenance as required to maintain operational efficiency
• Collaborate with a small team to meet production targets

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in embroidery operation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of embroidery machines and thread types
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Effective problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a small team environment
