The Diamond B Working Foreman is responsible for ensuring safe and productive operations of himself and other members of the crew.  The Working Foreman is responsible for production, quality, quantity, and efficiency of the crew members. The Working Forman is a “hands on” manager, directly supervising all daily work of a specific crew.

The Working Foreman leads by example to produce quality work in accordance with the project plans and specifications.  The Foreman must be a team player responsible for controlling his work crew and ensuring that they work in an efficient and safe manner. Treating people with respect is important for productivity.

The Working Foreman will have the ability to recognize and provide a safe work environment while controlling emotions and behaving as a professional under pressure. The Foreman must demonstrate the ability to lead people and get results through others.
