Inventory Control Supervisor

Job Summary

The Inventory Control Supervisor oversees inventory accuracy across all clients and warehouse locations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. This role manages cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, maintains WMS accuracy, and leads inventory improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
• Partner with Receiving, B2B, DTC, and Production teams.
• Develop and maintain inventory SOPs.
• Prepare inventory reports and support client audits and physical inventories.
• Monitor shrink, damages, and inventory loss.
• Supervise inventory personnel and promote a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory control experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong WMS and inventory management experience.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain, shipping/receiving, and materials management.
• Forklift certification preferred; fleet management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Salary

$72,384–$80,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, education, location, and other business factors.
