Industrial Spray Painter - Manufacturing | Las Vegas, NV

Nexeo Staffing is hiring an experienced Industrial Painter / Spray Painter for a well-established manufacturing company that designs and produces high-quality material-handling equipment, industrial lifting systems, and workplace safety solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in industrial painting, spray painting, automotive body painting, or manufacturing paint operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and experienced with applying consistent, high-quality finishes to steel and metal products.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint and coatings to finished steel beams, fabricated metal components, and similar products using spray-painting equipment.
• Work safely and efficiently inside a designated industrial paint booth.
• Prepare surfaces and materials as required to achieve a clean, professional finish.
• Apply coatings evenly while maintaining appropriate coverage and finish quality.
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a respirator, in accordance with workplace safety procedures.
• Inspect completed work for proper coverage, finish quality, and defects.
• Maintain painting equipment and keep the paint booth and surrounding work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all manufacturing, environmental, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain reliable attendance and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial spray painting or industrial coating experience is preferred.
• Automotive body painting, auto-body refinishing, or similar spray-painting experience may be a strong fit.
• Experience painting steel, metal, fabricated components, or manufacturing equipment is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working in a paint booth while wearing required PPE and respiratory protection.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent finishes.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and work ethic are required for consideration for long-term hire.
• Ability to work the full Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule.

$20.00 per hour
