Job Description

As a Picker, you will play a key role in the final stage of production for one of the nation's largest visual communication providers. This position involves inspecting printed materials, assembling packages, and ensuring quality and accuracy before distribution. It's a detail-oriented role in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities:

Visually inspect printed materials before packaging
Assemble and insert materials into boxes or envelopes
Work alongside team members to meet production deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety and quality standards at all times

Qualifications and Requirements:

Ability to stand in place for extended periods
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and time management
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team setting; previous production or warehouse experience is a plus
