Square Cow Moovers is growing in Wisconsin, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our team as Movers / Moving Helpers.

No moving experience? That's okay. We'll provide paid, hands-on training and teach you how to safely move, protect, pack, and care for our customers' belongings while delivering the level of service Square Cow is known for.

This is an active, hands-on job where every day is different. If you enjoy working with a team, staying active, helping people, and taking pride in a job well done, we'd love to meet you.

Pay & Earnings

• $16–$19/hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Customer tips are paid in addition to hourly wages
• Opportunities for increased earning potential as you develop additional skills and take on greater responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and household belongings
• Pack, wrap, and prepare customers' belongings for safe transportation
• Protect furniture, floors, doorways, homes, and customer property throughout the move
• Use moving equipment and proper lifting techniques
• Work closely with your crew to complete moves safely and efficiently
• Help keep trucks, equipment, and work areas organized
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Represent Square Cow professionally in customers' homes and businesses

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and punctual
• Hardworking with a positive attitude
• Comfortable with physically active work
• Able to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including safely lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading furniture and household items
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willing to learn, take direction, and help wherever needed
• Moving, warehouse, delivery, construction, general labor, customer service, or similar experience is helpful, but not required

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Work is available Monday through Saturday
• Approximately 20–45 hours per week, depending on availability and moving volume
• Hours vary depending on the moving schedule
• Crews typically begin in the morning
• Sundays off
