Customer Service Associate
Shift: Weekend 1st Shift (Fri-Sun – 7am-7pm)
Pay: $22.50/hr
Responsibilities:
- Answers inbound and places outbound calls with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
- Takes care of somewhat complex customer inquiries and problems and non-routine matters.
- Assists warehouse/forklift teams with coordinating and staging customer loads.
- Check in drivers (Inbound/Outbound Trucks).
- Process BOL.
- Schedules deliveries and pick up.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry systems.
