Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and work orders
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general repairs
• Complete make-readies and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Perform preventative maintenance and property upkeep
• Diagnose maintenance concerns and communicate needed repairs
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents
• Follow all property policies and safety procedures
• Assist with grounds and other maintenance duties as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
• HVAC/EPA certification is a plus
• Reliable transportation throughout Plano and Collin County
• Dependable, professional, and ready to work
• Ability to perform the physical duties required for the position
• Must complete Certified Apartment Staffing’s screening process
