Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up prepared food orders from assigned merchants using a personal vehicle and transport them to the drone site
• Prepare and load orders into drones while ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety
• Follow established safety protocols and site procedures
• Maintain an organized workflow to keep daily operations on schedule
• Identify operational issues and provide feedback to engineering and cross-functional teams
• Support process improvements in a fast-paced and evolving test environment
• Communicate professionally with merchants, team members, and community members
• Collaborate with the on-site team to maintain reliable and consistent operations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Valid Driver's License
