CNC Programmer Milling/Lathe

Responsibilities

• Program Milling Machines including 5-axis machines
• Program Lathe Machines with live tooling capabilities
• Develop and optimize toolpaths for efficient machining
• Set up machines and edit G-code for precise operations
• Coordinate production scheduling and workflow
• Manage quality assurance throughout machining processes
• Collaborate on maintenance coordination to minimize downtime
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of programming and processes
• Identify and implement process improvements for optimization
