General Manager | QSR Taco Concept & Drive-Thru | Tigard, OR

Role Overview
A high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operating a premier taco concept drive-thru across Oregon is seeking tenured General Managers. Immediate openings are available across key Oregon markets, including Albany, Tualatin/Tigard, Springfield, Junction City, Clackamas, and Newport/Lincoln City. This operational leadership role oversees store performance, team development, inventory control, speed-of-service compliance, and total store profitability across all operational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily QSR drive-thru and front-of-house operations to maintain product quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction standards.
• Manage store P&L, sales volume targets, labor scheduling, inventory tracking, and food cost controls.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain store team members and assistant management staff.
• Enforce brand operational procedures, food safety standards, and local sanitation guidelines.
• Drive operational excellence to maximize store volume and monthly performance bonuses.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven tenure as a General Manager within a high-volume QSR, fast-food, or fast-casual environment.
• Strong background managing drive-thru operations, P&L statements, labor scheduling systems, and food safety protocols.
• Demonstrated track record of team leadership, staff retention, and operational execution under high sales volume.

Mandatory Non-Negotiables

• Minimum 2+ years of continuous experience as a General Manager in QSR or fast-food operations.
• Availability to work a standard 50-hour work week (40 regular hours + 10 overtime hours).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Compensation (Tiered by Location): Paid hourly based on an expectation of 40 regular hours + 10 overtime hours per week (1.5x pay rate):
• • Priority Markets (Albany, Tualatin / Tigard): Base pay up to $65,000 annually.
  • Standard Markets (Springfield, Junction City, Clackamas, Newport / Lincoln City): Base pay range of $58,000 – $63,000 annually.
• Bonus Potential: Monthly performance bonus potential (averaging $850+ based on sales volume).
• Paid Time Off: 15 days PTO within the first year, increasing to 20 days at 5 years.
