Sign Installation Technician

Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: Starting at $17.50/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM | Half-Day Fridays

Integrity Staffing is hiring an Electrical Sign Installer / Sign Installation Technician for a well-established sign manufacturing and installation company in Tulsa.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a construction, installation, maintenance, painting, or mechanically inclined background who enjoys working with their hands and wants to build a long-term career in the sign industry.

You do not necessarily need previous sign installation experience. We are looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable using tools, able to work at heights, and eager to learn and grow into the trade.

What You’ll Do

You will assist with the installation, service, fabrication, and preparation of commercial signage and related components. Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with installing commercial and electrical signage at customer locations
• Use hand tools, power tools, drills, saws, and other construction equipment
• Measure and lay out work accurately using a tape measure
• Read measurements down to 1/16-inch increments
• Work from ladders ranging approximately 20–28 feet
• Dig and prepare post holes for freestanding sign installations
• Follow work orders, installation instructions, drawings, and job specifications
• Assist with mounting, assembling, positioning, and securing signage
• Perform general construction and installation-related work
• Assist with surface preparation and industrial painting as needed
• Potentially operate an HVLP spray gun in a paint booth
• Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work area
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
• Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

• Construction, installation, maintenance, fabrication, painting, or similar hands-on experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16”
• Comfort working from ladders and at heights
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Ability to follow work orders and detailed instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn
• Desire to develop new skills and grow with the company
