Job Description
Our client, a large well-known organization, conveniently located in midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Bilingual Call Center/Customer Service Representative. This is a long term temporary opportunity, with potential for temp-to-direct hire.
This position will be fully onsite, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, with one-hour unpaid lunch break. Seeking candidates with experience in a call center setting, and prior reception experience would be a plus. Customer Service is of the utmost importance, as well as the ability to handle a high incoming call volume, and have exceptional data entry skills, specifically with MS Excel. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred but not a deal-breaker. The hourly rate for this position will be between $20-25/hr.
