CNC Machinist - Now Hiring

Rantec Microwave Systems has an immediate opening for a CNC Machinist For the Night Shift.

JOB DUTIES:

• Working with minimal supervision, you will set up and run FADAL and HAAS CNC 3 axis machines.
• Perform self-inspection on parts.
• Work with close tolerances less than .001.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Programming Pro E/Mastercam experience is not required but is a plus.
• Shop math and inspection.
• Requires experience with Haas machines.
• Must have own tools.

EXPERIENCE:

• Prefer 7 years related experience

• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance to perform duties associated with this position.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• The ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

WORK SCHEDULE:

This position will work the day shift for 5 - 10 weeks before being transferred to the night shift.
Day shift hours are 5:00 am to 3:30 pm - 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday
Night Shift hours are 3:00 pm to 1:30 am - 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday

This position will pay a night shift premium when transferring from day to night shift.
