What You'll Do:
Prepare and serve nutritious meals following menus and dietary guidelines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
Complete USDA paperwork and ensure food safety compliance
Assist with catered events and youth engagement in meal prep
- Ability to have patience with you, maintain appropriate boundaries, and help them learn culinary skills.
- Monday - Friday 11:00AM - 7:00PM with one night a month until 8:00PM.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Wage: $18 – $20 per hour
- Weekend shift differentials

What We're Looking For:
Must be 21+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience (commercial or large-scale cooking experience (preferred))
Ability to follow recipes and maintain high sanitation standards
Ability to remain calm, patient, and consistent under stress
Ability to implement motivational systems positively
Basic first aid knowledge; CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening
Team-oriented attitude and passion for serving others
