Accounting Manager

Beck's is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our accounting team at our home office. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys applying their expertise, improving financial processes, and partnering with operational leaders to support a growing business.

Working closely with the CFO and leaders across the organization, you'll play a key role in financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, supporting month-end close, and helping ensure the accuracy of our financial operations across our convenience stores and car washes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & General Ledger

Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliationsSupport the month-end close process and financial reportingMaintain accurate accounting records and strong internal controlsIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies

Operational Accounting

Process and reconcile daily fuel accounting and invoicingMaintain accounts receivable records and monitor outstanding balancesProcess customer payments accurately and in a timely mannerManage the company's fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, and depreciationAdminister the company fleet card program, including transaction review and issue resolution

Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the admin accounting teamSupport store managers with daily paperwork, cash reconciliation questions, and operational accounting needsPartner with the CFO, accounting team, and operational leaders to improve processes and support company performance
