• Call Required: YES, 3 call shifts in a 2-week period
• CA state license: yes (HARDSTOP- CALIFORNIA CLS LICENSE MUST BE IN HAND, CA CRRT STATE LICENSE. ACLS, ARRT R, BLS and Fluror Permit REQUIRED
