Class A CDL OTR Team Drivers - Open and Dedicated Contract Routes Serving NY, NJ, MD, PA, GA, FL

ARC Logistics is an established, financially secure FedEx Ground contractor with five years of steady growth. Because we contract exclusively with FedEx Ground, our drivers receive consistent year-round freight without dealing with outside shippers or brokers.

Requirements

• At least 36 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• An active Doubles/Triples endorsement, or willingness to obtain it quickly.
• A safe driving history with zero drug or alcohol violations.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English for safety, dispatch, and DOT compliance.
• Dependable attendance, professional conduct, and a safety-first work ethic.

Position highlights

• Weekly pay: $2,400-$2,800 per driver, with a documented weekly average of $2,437.50.
• Safety incentive: Earn $41.25-$55.00 per qualifying week, accrued and paid every six months ($2,145-$2,860 annually if earned every qualifying week).
• Schedule: Out 5-6 days with home time each week. Home Sun-Mon.
• Team structure: Full-time W-2 OTR team position. No solo openings are available on these routes.
• Freight: No-touch, drop-and-hook operation. Point to point, FedEx terminal to terminal with very little backing or dock bumping. Yard jockies handle most of that. 
• Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage; eligibility begins after 30 days, subject to plan terms.
• Performance incentives: Additional financial rewards for safe driving and clean DOT inspections.

What you will do

• Operate OTR lanes safely and efficiently as part of a two-driver team.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate ELD records.
• Follow DOT, company, and customer safety procedures.
• Communicate promptly with dispatch about delays, equipment concerns, and route status.

• Fairless Hills, PA to open FedEx terminals, 5 day advanced dispatch
• Northampton, PA to open FedEx terminals, OTR
• Woodbridge, NJ to open FedEx terminals, OTR
• Woodbridge NJ to dedicated to Jackson, TN
• Binghamton, NY dedicated to Jackson, TN or Orlando, FL
• Syracuse, NY dedicated to Rialto, CA
• Richmond Hills, GA to open FedEx terminals, OTR
• Ocala, FL to open FedEx terminals, OTR
• Weekly mileage varies by assigned lane.

• 2025-2027 Freightliner Cascadia double bunk sleepers with automatic transmissions, microwave, refrigerator, and inverter.
