Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

I'm in the process of starting a new career and need some assistance with my kids please. I have 6 kids 4 girls, 2 boys. 8, 7, 5 1/2, 3 1/2, 1 1/2, 4 months. My older children are very self-sufficient, the older 4 are all potty trained. We're an easy-going family, the older 3 are homeschooled, so we start our day with breakfast then school, lunch then play. We like to go to the park, pool, museum's, beach, build magna-tiles, do art, cook. I mostly just need help with the youngest 2 whom are still in diapers and don't talk yet. I'm looking for help to start 3 days a week but if it goes well, I would like to increase help so I can work more.
