Childcare Needed

Looking for a reliable sitter for occasional evening and weekend time with my daughter. She is autistic and minimally-speaking, and does best with calm, playful, engaged presence. Warmth, cuddles, and support are all a must, including when she is struggling to communicate or disregulated. Prefer a sitter who has some comfort and experience working with autistic kiddos, and looking to build an ongoing relationship.
