Pay Rate: $22.50/hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Painter to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, varnish, and other finishes while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship.

You Will:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and making minor surface repairs
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve the required color and finish
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Inspect work areas before beginning projects to determine necessary preparation and safety measures
• Protect surrounding surfaces and work areas from paint, dust, and debris
• Perform touch-ups, refinishing, and corrective work as needed
• Maintain painting tools, spray equipment, and other supplies in clean and working condition
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete assigned painting projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous professional or industrial painting experience preferred
• Experience with surface preparation, including sanding, patching, and cleaning
• Knowledge of brushes, rollers, and/or spray painting equipment
• Ability to mix and match paint colors
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
