Instrument Assembly Technician 3 Compensation

• Pay rate: $25.50 per hour
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Instrument Assembly Technician 3 Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical assemblies, including wiring, component installation, soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Interpret drawings and diagrams to build and modify instruments, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing on assemblies and prototypes to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Disassemble, rework, and test assemblies as required, troubleshooting complex issues during the process.
• Maintain accurate records of device history, serial numbers, and tools used during production.
• Identify defects and recommend process or design improvements to enhance product quality.
• Provide training and mentorship to other associates on assembly processes and quality standards.

Instrument Assembly Technician 3 QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

• Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
• On-site work environment
• No remote options; 40 hours guaranteed
• Compliance with licensing requirements and productivity of 30 points per week

Education/Licenses Needed

• NC license required
• Physical Therapy credential
• Experience with Oasis Assessment, EMR-HCHB
