Responsibilities

Support clients with personal care, routine assistance, observation of well-being, and plan-of-care tasks while ensuring accurate documentation and prompt follow-up.

Requirements

• Experience Preferred in a senior care or related healthcare setting
• Current CNA or HCA certification
• 75-hour certificates accepted
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and all other required screenings
• Two verifiable professional references
• Ability to maintain all required certifications, training, and compliance with company and state regulations
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned client visits
