Routing & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Routing & Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping and routing activities for major retail clients. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, compliant, and on-time shipments while coordinating with warehouse, production, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate pickups and deliveries for major retail customers.
• Verify routing details and ensure compliance with retail routing guides.
• Calculate shipment dimensions, cube, and volume.
• Prepare Bills of Lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Manage EDI transactions, including 753/754, and ensure timely document transmission.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to meet shipping schedules.
• Monitor routing accuracy, shipment costs, and on-time performance.
• Identify process improvements to increase logistics efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in routing, logistics, or transportation coordination.
• Experience shipping to major retailers; Target, Walmart, JCPenney, and Kohl’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EDI processes and retail routing compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and shipping documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
