Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr (Staff) | $22-$25/hr (Leads)

We are looking for staffing support for an upcoming event at Beaver Stadium in University Park, PA. There are 6 additional events scheduled for this client through November 2026, making this a great opportunity for reliable individuals looking for recurring weekend work!

Location: Beaver Stadium (Meeting Point: Gate E) University Park, PA 16802

Event Date & Time:

• Saturday, September 19
• Check-In: 9:00 AM | Release: 3:00 PM (6-hour shift)
  

Roles Needed:

• Sales Ticketing Staff
• Event Leads
  

Responsibilities:

• Ticketing Staff: Handle sales and ticketing duties for event attendees, ensuring a smooth entry process.
• Event Leads: Oversee the ticketing staff, assist with check-ins, and ensure operations run smoothly.
  

Requirements & Additional Details:

• Dress Code: Professional and weather-appropriate. Gym shoes and shorts are permitted (no rips or tears). The client will provide a high-visibility 50/50 shirt or vest onsite.
• Parking & Travel: Staff will be reimbursed up to $40 for parking (a receipt must be submitted for reimbursement). Recommended parking is at the East Parking Deck (1965 Bigler Rd) with the Eisenhower Deck (490 Eisenhower Rd) available as a backup.

• Event Staff: $20-$22/hr
