Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

We are working with a global leader in assisted reproductive technology (ART), providing innovative medical devices, laboratory products, equipment, and solutions that support fertility clinics and IVF laboratories around the world. They are seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to take a lead role in supplier qualification, audits, corrective actions, and ongoing supplier quality improvement. The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer will:

• Lead supplier qualification, monitoring, and audit activities.
• Manage and facilitate the SCAR process, driving corrective actions and timely resolution.
• Partner with Purchasing on Supplier Quality Agreements.
• Conduct supplier risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze supplier quality data and report on quality metrics and trends.
• Facilitate resolution of raw material nonconformances.
• Participate in the Material Review Board (MRB).
• Train and mentor QA team members on supplier quality processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or another technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience working in Supplier Quality Engineering.
• Experience conducting supplier audits.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device/life sciences experience preferred.
• ISO 13485 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%.
