Job Summary:
X-ray Technologist position located in Jasper, IN. This role involves working primarily in diagnostic radiology, with a focus on emergency room and operating room coverage. The candidate must demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills to handle a diverse patient population in a busy hospital setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Minimum hours per week: 40 hours.
- Required Qualifications: Associate Degree or Certificate, Indiana Licensed, ARRT certification, at least 2 years of experience, charting experience with EPIC preferred, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, resilient, adaptable, and social candidates.
- Additional Information: Responsible for covering primarily emergency room and operating room imaging. Must have a responsible and resilient work ethic with the ability to manage change well. No Covid-19 vaccine requirement at this time; subject to change. The facility can cancel up to 36 hours within a 13-week period, and hours are guaranteed outside of holidays.
