🏔️ Travel Physical Therapist – 13 Week Contract | Days

We’re seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting outpatient travel opportunity in Silt, Colorado!

📍 Location: Silt, CO
⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks
🕒 Schedule: 4×10-hour shifts | Days vary | No weekends
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 38 hrs/week
💻 EMR: EPIC

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
✅ Current Colorado PT License (DORA) or Colorado Compact
✅ Minimum 3 years PT experience
✅ BLS through American Heart Association
💉 Flu vaccination required Oct. 1–Apr. 1 — no declinations

Responsibilities:
🔹 Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
🔹 Treat a variety of diagnoses to improve strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function
🔹 Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
🔹 Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
🔹 Collaborate with families and healthcare team members
🔹 Maintain accurate clinical documentation

🎉 Holiday coverage required; guaranteed hours do not apply on holidays
