Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology/Cardiology X-Ray Technologist for an outpatient orthopedic setting requiring 1+ years of experience and EPIC charting proficiency.
Details
- Adult and pediatric outpatient work setting
- 4x8 hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Candidates may be required to float
- Performs a wide range of X-ray procedures including abdomen/GI, upper and lower extremity, spine, pelvis, chest, and head imaging
- Uses PACS imaging system
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- ARRT (R) and BLS certification required
- EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement
- NY state license required in hand for consideration (license required if applicable)
- Skilled in infection prevention practices including isolation precautions and PPE use
Additional Information
- Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility to be considered
- Candidates with more than 10 days of RTO will not be considered
- Previous employees may be considered if it has been at least 6 months since their last assignment system wide
- First-time travelers are not accepted for this position
- Pre-start training modules required, which vary by specialty
