Facilities Coordinator - Now Hiring

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a 250-unit apartment community. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising the maintenance team, completing unit turns, addressing HVAC issues, coordinating vendors, and ensuring work orders are completed efficiently. Responsibilities Supervise and oversee the maintenance staff and daily workload Walk and inspect vacant units and assign make-ready work Ensure unit turns are completed on time and meet company KPIs Diagnose and repair HVAC/AC systems Handle and prioritize emergency and critical work orders Schedule and coordinate outside vendors when necessary Perform and oversee general plumbing, electrical, appliance, and maintenance repairs Maintain the property, common areas, equipment, and mechanical systems Oversee pool maintenance and ensure proper operation Maintain inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and supplies Participate in the on-call/emergency maintenance rotation Communicate with property management regarding maintenance progress and property needs Requirements HVAC/EPA Certification required Pool/CPO certification preferred Previous apartment maintenance experience required Previous supervisory or maintenance leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs Ability to manage and hold maintenance staff accountable Strong organization and time-management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be available for on-call emergencies as required Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Vacation and sick time Medical and dental benefits Optional on-site apartment may be available as part of the compensation package Position: Full-Time Property Size: Approximately 250 Units Schedule: Monday–Friday, with on-call responsibilities as needed
