Location: Plymouth, MN
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:Monday - Friday (1st Shift) (2nd Shift)

Job Duties
- Assemble small, precision components in a clean room environment while wearing required protective equipment.
- Use tweezers, microscopes, and other tools to complete detailed assembly tasks.
- Follow blueprints, process flow documents, and work instructions accurately.
- Perform quality inspections using measuring devices, visual checks, and testing methods.
- Document production activities and quality data using computer systems.
- Maintain compliance with established manufacturing and quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or medical device assembly experience preferred.
- Experience with microscopes is a plus, but training is available for motivated candidates.
- Basic computer skills and comfort navigating digital work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures exactly.
- Steady hand, excellent focus, and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Perform repetitive hand movements and work with very small components.
- Comfortable using a microscope for extended periods throughout the day.
