- Serving as the frontline point of contact to assist optical office providers with their inquiries and requests
- Responding promptly and professionally to provider communications via phone, email, and fax to ensure total provider satisfaction
- Accurately entering vision prescription orders into the ordering system
- Researching and investigating existing vision orders to resolve questions or issues in a timely manner
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Possess 4+ years of customer service experience
- Are proficient in computer navigation across multiple websites, screens, and systems
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, active listening, and empathetic communication skills to resolve provider concerns
- Have excellent time management and communication skills (experience with Microsoft Office products is a plus)
