Part-Time Project Manger

Location: Onsite
Pay Rate: $40/hr
Duration: Through 09/25/27
Schedule: Part-time

About the Role:
This position will support the Project Management Office (PMO) by managing project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, testing, validation, and go-live activities. The Project Manager will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope, while following PMO governance and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management activities for small to large-scale initiatives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, master schedules, budgets, and milestones
• Track project performance, metrics, risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
• Support testing, validation, implementation, and go-live planning
• Collect and analyze project performance data and report results through dashboards and other reporting tools
• Coordinate change management and project review activities
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Finance, IT, HR, and other business functions
• Support business case development, budget management, resource planning, and regulatory compliance
• Develop project management best practices, tools, and processes
• Provide project management consulting and support across functions and initiatives
• Train project participants and business partners on PMO tools and processes
• Drive continuous improvement across sites, clients, and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of related experience
• Significant manufacturing operations experience
• Experience leading cross-functional and inter-site project teams
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong project planning, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively across regions, divisions, and functions
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or MBA
• PMP or other project management certification
• Six Sigma or Lean Sigma certification
• Experience in the medical device industry or another regulated environment
• Knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements and manufacturing operations
