Grain Facility Laborer

Location: Seatonville, IL
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Tons of Overtime Available)

Job Overview:
We are seeking hardworking and dependable General Laborers to support daily operations at a grain facility in Seatonville. This position involves maintaining clean work areas, assisting with material handling, and supporting overall facility operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physical environment and able to work extended hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform general cleaning of work areas, equipment, and facility grounds.
2. Move and organize tools, materials, and equipment as directed.
3. Assist with unloading and loading grain and other materials.
4. Maintain cleanliness around grain handling and storage areas.
5. Support daily facility operations and production activities.
6. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
7. Complete additional general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
2. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
3. Comfortable working around grain handling equipment and outdoor conditions.
4. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
5. Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
