• Manage patient check-in processes, verify key information, and ensure required forms are completed accurately.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to routine questions, and direct messages to the appropriate clinical or administrative team members.
• Maintain organized front office records and support general receptionist duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Use basic medical terminology appropriately when communicating with staff, patients, and within administrative documentation.• Prior experience in a medical front office or receptionist position is required.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule patients accurately and manage appointments in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of patient check-in procedures and general front desk workflows within a healthcare setting.
• Comfortable performing routine receptionist duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology used in a physician office or clinic.
• Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and clear verbal communication are essential for success in this role.
