We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator for a growing plastic fabrication and manufacturing shop in Jenison, MI. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a well-established, family-owned company known for long employee tenure and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator, you will assist with the operation of various CNC and fabrication equipment used in plastic manufacturing. Duties may include:

• Basic operation of CNC equipment
• Cutting materials to specifications
• Bending and forming plastic components
• Routing and laser processing
• Assisting with welding and fabrication tasks
• Performing general production and labor duties as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to learn and operate multiple types of fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and work ethic
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle 30-50 lbs. repetitively
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
