Position Title: Learning Developer I

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46256

Work Arrangement: Onsite Preferred – Hybrid Schedule or Remote Role

Shift Timing: Monday–Friday, 40.00 Hours Per Week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Duration: 12 Months Contract with the possibility of contract extension

Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour on W2

Job Summary:

Seeking a Learning Developer I to create and maintain engaging digital learning, e-learning, micro-learning, vILT, and blended learning content. The role partners with T&D Project Managers, instructional designers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to translate technical/product information into effective learning solutions.

Required Skills:

4+ years of experience in Learning Development, Instructional Design, Training Development, or Digital Content Creation.

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Business, Scientific/Technical field, or related discipline.

Strong knowledge of Adult Learning Theory, ADDIE, and systematic instructional design.

Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Powtoon, or similar tools.

Experience developing e-learning, interactive digital content, micro-learning, vILT, and blended learning.

Strong instructional editing, technical content translation, written/verbal communication, and SME collaboration skills.

Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and shifting priorities with minimal supervision.

Experience with QMS, document control, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards in a regulated environment such as healthcare, diagnostics, IVD, life sciences, or medical devices.

Knowledge of audio/video editing, multimedia development, learning platforms, and AI-enabled learning development preferred.
