Warehouse Associate

Overview:

• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment where no two days are exactly the same.
• Pick, pack, label, scan, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming products while maintaining accurate inventory.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to process orders and manage inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and help research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with Warehouse Leads, managers, coworkers, vendors, carriers, and customers.
• Be flexible and willing to switch between warehouse tasks as business needs change.
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and OSHA standards, including proper use of PPE.
• Maintain a consistent work pace while meeting department productivity and accuracy goals.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and leadership.
• Be dependable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned work accurately and on time.
• Stay active throughout the workday, including extended periods of standing and walking and regularly lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.

Skills and Experience:

• 6+ months of warehouse experience preferred, including order picking, order processing, shipping, and/or receiving.
• Experience with inventory, stocking, cycle counting, or RF scanners is a plus.
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, safety, and getting the job done right.
• A dependable, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new processes and take on different warehouse tasks.
