Key Responsibilities
- Assist English- and Spanish-speaking clients with insurance questions, policy information, and service requests.
- Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and in person as needed.
- Review client information for accuracy and help maintain organized records and documentation.
- Support policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and general account maintenance.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal team members to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
- Deliver a positive client experience through accuracy, patience, and strong attention to detail.
