Job Description

Full-time and part-time contract positions are available onsite, working with a diverse caseload ranging from early learners to high schoolers. You’ll use your expertise to help students achieve their speech and language goals, enjoying both autonomy and collaboration as you make a measurable difference.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification required
- School-based SLP experience is preferred
- Open to SLPs with CCC or CFY
- Must be authorized for employment in the U.S.
- Successful completion of background and drug screenings
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized education plan (IEP) goals based on student strengths and challenges
- Deliver direct therapy through individual and group sessions
- Work in partnership with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated support for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering clinical input and collaborating on best practices
- Maintain organized and timely documentation of case notes, progress, and outcomes
- Monitor and adjust intervention approaches to promote consistent student progress
