Speech Language Pathologist in Hawthorne, NV

Key Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification required
• School-based SLP experience is preferred
• Open to SLPs with CCC or CFY
• Must be authorized for employment in the U.S.
• Successful completion of background and drug screenings

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized education plan (IEP) goals based on student strengths and challenges
• Deliver direct therapy through individual and group sessions
• Work in partnership with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated support for each student
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering clinical input and collaborating on best practices
• Maintain organized and timely documentation of case notes, progress, and outcomes
• Monitor and adjust intervention approaches to promote consistent student progress
