Payrate: $31.49-56.68 an hour

Job Summary

The eLearning Design Specialist will join the Learning and Development team to design and develop engaging learning solutions supporting Jabil’s Skills Transformation Program. This role combines instructional design, content development, eLearning development, and project coordination.

The specialist will create learning materials for instructor-led, virtual, and online training, including presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, quick reference guides, toolkits, manager guides, FAQs, learning paths, and eLearning modules. The role will partner with instructional designers, subject-matter experts, project teams, and business stakeholders to develop solutions from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop effective learning solutions based on business and learner needs.
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, toolkits, manager guides, FAQs, and eLearning courses.
• Develop interactive eLearning using Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or comparable authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and project teams to gather and validate content.
• Transform existing content into materials suitable for facilitation and online learning.
• Recommend appropriate instructional approaches, tools, media, and delivery methods.
• Perform quality assurance reviews for content, functionality, navigation, interactivity, and visual design.
• Maintain existing learning modules and instructional assets.
• Coordinate project activities, manage priorities, and meet established deadlines.
• Communicate project status, risks, and delivery needs to stakeholders.
• Follow company branding, security, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, learning development, eLearning development, or a related field.
• Strong experience creating varied learning and instructional materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or comparable enterprise eLearning tools preferred.
• Learning management system experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt learning solutions to different audiences, delivery methods, and technical requirements.
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
