Onsite Seattle - In this role you will be part of an administrative team, responsible for performing a wide variety of diverse, administrative tasks to provide a high level of support for our professional consultants and corporate staff. 

  • Potentially printing and collating project binders
  • General Office Support
  • Providing assistance to Office Administrator at the Seattle Office location as needed
  • Providing front desk coverage including low-volume phone coverage and greeting visitors
  • Handling office supply orders and inventory
  • Maintaining organization and upkeep of supply/copy room, conference rooms, and kitchen area
  • Handling mail and shipping/receiving
  • Assistance in coordinating onsite meetings to include: conference room schedules, setting up web conference systems, catering, room set up/clean up
  • Supporting Facilities requests administratively, if necessary (both from corporate and the building management)
  • Coordinating equipment maintenance (copy machines, kitchen appliances, etc.)
  • Assisting Human Resources with local candidate interview scheduling
  • Potentially assisting with organizing office events such as employee celebrations, holiday parties, etc. 


• Previous experience in an administrative support role, including direct support for at least two senior or executive-level professionals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with experience using online meeting platforms like Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments, monitor progress, and follow through on details.
• Excellent written communication and editing ability, with a high standard for accuracy and professionalism.
• Proven ability to solve problems independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and discretion when working with confidential or sensitive information.
• Dependable, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and responsibilities.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds as part of office support duties.
